They help relieve the pain I've had in my arm recently. Even though they're still a little tight (I've only had them a week), they're still comfortable enough to wear for long periods at work and at home. It's way better than the neoprene wraps I've worn in the past which have left my arm sweaty, itchy and knocked out. You sweat very little with them and only itch a little when you use them for a long time. Like any compression bandage, they leave marks on the skin for a while after removal, but this is normal. For me they just slipped a little bit out of place, which doesn't really matter to me. I'm so glad I gave them a chance. I even ended up buying knee and ankle braces as I get hamstring and ankle problems from time to time.
