I didn't know you could do so much with this little gadget. It's about the size of a large pancake or ice cream cone when unrolled and laid out. I've been looking for a pancake pan and think this one is way better. I just received it and tried a small amount. All you have to do is add the batter (one and a half spoonfuls) to the pan after heating, close it, turn it over and in a few seconds you are done. The pan does not need to be oiled or greased. I put some butter in the dough. I'm still trying to figure out how to adjust the temperature so it browns evenly. If you brown it too much, it will result in a crispy waffle and you won't be able to roll it. I accidentally made one and I gotta tell you, some caramel and nuts on top and you have a delicious dessert. You can soften them but they won't brown too much, and roll them up like a pancake. I've dusted some of mine with powdered sugar and cinnamon and my family couldn't keep their hands off them. You are so light. You will love it. I think it's worth the money. You can actually make a little pancake out of it.
