Review on Lumina by Lamar Vanderburg

The best part of lumia was its ability to connect us easily with our clients via chat or email at any time. I have used it for more than 5 years now but still can't find anything that i disliked about lumi as such. It has been good enough so far in my experience though there could be better features available when compared to other platforms like discord etc. We are solving issues related to client onboarding process through this application mainly because we wanted something easy which will help users understand what they need to do next after signing up/signinng into their account (we provide them whitelabel solution).
