I only needed the front after removing the footpegs on my 2004 Land Cruiser. Mudguards fit well under the body. BUT I figured that two screws would not be enough to hold the guard in place. I made the third bracket out of 2" wide x 8" long steel I had at my shop. And bolted the brackets to one of the front footpeg brackets. Mounting seems much better now, especially with heavy dirt and snow stuck to the cover. Oh you will need 2 small square threaded grommets for the lower outer fender mounting hole on my LC at least. Overall I'm quite happy with the result and time will tell how durable the fenders are.
