Zippers broke 2.5 weeks after purchase!

I would not recommend this product in any way and would not give it a star if I could. This laptop bag was delivered to me on September 11th. We used it for 2.5 weeks until the zippers broke for the first time. My husband fixed them to make the zippers work again and they broke again 3 weeks ago. I had to try to return it when it broke the first time because the return window closed on October 11th, a month after I received it.
