Worked fine for a while - died after 4 months
I run a bookstore that opened mid August and bought a couple of these scanners. One didn't work at all and was sent back. The second one broke for me in the midst of the Christmas rush - it scanned some times and failed at others. If this fails, the laser will operate at about half intensity and not scan the barcode. Now at the end of December it doesn't scan at all and I'm stuck buying a new one. Absolutely dissatisfied at the moment. waste of money.
