It does what it's supposed to do and the tablet holds up. I have a hefty old phablet that I use and use the dashboard to support the entire device. It looks a bit cheap in construction and is made entirely of plastic. With the advent of dual DIN MP3 head units with tablet capabilities, the price on Amazon is a third of the head unit price. It does the job, but I'd recommend it more for a lighter Samsung or Apple tablet.
