Review on ARASHAN by Matthew Frandsen

Due to ARASHAN's assurances that their products are of the highest quality and taste well, I had high expectations for them. My interactions with the company, however, were disappointing. The prices are extremely high, despite the fact that they have a wide variety of pantry basics, gourmet foods, and dried fruits and vegetables. Being a product manager, I know the value of using only the finest ingredients, however I feel ARASHAN goes a little too far in this regard. Their prices are far higher than the market average for many of their products. Second, I applaud their efforts to promote healthy snacking, but I was disappointed by the limited variety of dry fruits and vegetables they offered. Flavors were dull, and the food was often rough and chewy. It's fantastic to have nutritious alternatives, but they should also be enjoyable to eat. Finally, my interaction with ARASHAN as a customer was underwhelming. Their website wasn't particularly user-friendly, and I had a hard time locating the data I required regarding shipping and refunds. And when I had a query and contacted customer service, I had to wait days for an answer. While ARASHAN may be a suitable fit for certain people, my personal experience has been negative. I won't be back because of the expensive costs, boring food options, and unhelpful staff.
