These are thermoplastic sheets that can be bent but not broken. They are slightly shinier than thermoset panels (remember they will crack if the panel screws are over-tightened). These thermoplastic panels are beautiful panels, offer a professional installation aesthetic and clean up well over the years. Provide a nice finish when the electrician has installed the boxes correctly in the wall. I've heard some people complain about the warping of the plates when tightened with screws. If the sockets/junction boxes are installed correctly and the panel is in place, there will be no misalignment of the panels. I install them all the time and I end up with a perfectly even and clean look.
