I went into this super skeptical about this product. I'm a ftm transgender man who's been on hormone replacement therapy for a year and a half. Because of that, I have pretty horrible hormonal acne that can flare up and become cystic after a while. I have tried everything to get rid of it but my skin is so incredibly sensitive that I either have a bad, inflamed reaction, or I get so dry that not even moisturizing several times a day would help combat it. This product is surprisingly good. I've been using it for a little bit now, and after a week, I already noticed a WORLD of difference in my acne along my jawline. The niacinamide content really helps calm down skin, and I haven't noticed any more new pimple formation once the initial purging calmed down. This brought all of my acne to a head overnight, and then cleared it almost immediately. I would say give it a go! I use it in conjunction with a CeraVe face wash and lotion to further calm it down, but totally give it a shot! I would do a spot test first before spreading it over your face just in case.
