I have a phone stabilizer and need an external bluetooth mic to enhance podcasts and vlogs. The product description warned that an app must be used to connect the mic to a mobile phone, but I was unable to transfer the sound from the mic to any of the apps I tried, including the recommended ones. When I tried the mic on a laptop with a Bluetooth connection, the mic volume was very low and wouldn't turn up. There were also distinct pops and shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh in what I heard from him. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. Excellent support from Revain and full refund.
