Review on 💧 Watts Premier WP531411 RO Pure Filtration System by Jay Aukuso

I was happy when I received it and the installation was completed in half an hour. Then the problems started. I turn on the water and the first hose flies out of the self-drilling socket. I squeezed harder and the same twice more. I noticed in the picture that there was a little black thing on the outside of the adjustment valve. I called support and they told me I was right. No help is given except that I was right. It's good that the old block had the same valve, so I put the old one back in place. According to the instructions, I turned the water back on and it should clean the air. Leakage in the faucet due to the lack of two sealing rings. I had to go back to the hardware store and buy them. Water now flows, but only a slow trickle, and the on/off button kept the water flowing no matter how I held the handle. Once again the support rep forced me to disassemble the unit and another o-ring was missing. No help but told me to go to the hardware store again. I gave up and he came back and I'm buying another brand.
