I used this CO2 reactor for two years and learned the hard way. While it's still the best carbon dioxide reactor out there, there are many downsides that keep me from using it. First, the size of the inlet and outlet is too small for a large canister filter like the Fluval FX6. It's nonsense that I would buy a large CO2 reactor designed for a 160 gallon tank but only fit in a small tank and small canister filter due to hose size limitations. Another major downside is that the sealing mechanism is poorly designed and makes it easy for water to leak out. Because of this, I had to put it directly in the tank and power it with a 20W power supply.
