If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought this today for my nephew's 8th birthday. This morning he opened it with great excitement. It will not charge. Tried a computer and multiple outlets. Sometimes charges briefly, then turns off. There are no answers on how to fix this online. Called support twice, left messages, no answer, no call back. As I bought it just before the return date (although I haven't given it away to date) I can't return it. I've always had a bad feeling about Sega based on years of experience and it only made my feelings stronger. I will not buy anything from Sega again. Update: Because the friendly AMAZON tech support man helped me by telling me to leave it on for 6 hours. Yes. SIX O'CLOCK. It's been running for 24 hours now. Apparently sometimes the battery is so low that it needs to be charged. I don't understand it at all, but at least my nephew is happy about his gift now. Let's assume it keeps going. If there are no more updates, assume it stays enabled. So far no recalls from Sega or the seller.
