I like how easy it was for me as well as my customers (travel agents) to find travel options, prices etc. It's very user friendly! Also customer service can be reached via ticketing or email so there isn't much waiting between questions. Sometimes when you are searching within certain parameters nothing comes up in search results. For example if someone searches just with "flights" they may not see anything showing up under flights but everything else will show up in other categories such as hotels, cars ect.. Other than this I have had zero problems using the software. I'm able to help my customers by providing quick answers to their questions about booking trips/vacations. The best thing about this software is its ability to upload pictures of my clients in order to create their profile. It's also very easy to use. I can't think of anything that I dislike about it. You should definitely consider using this software if you're planning on traveling abroad. There are a lot of benefits to using this software. This includes uploading pictures of your clients so they can be added as contacts. This way, you don't have to keep adding them manually.
