Order this item because it's Revain's choice and comes 'Highly' recommended. This bad boy was dead when he arrived. With cheap AAA batteries. Installed it and tried the scale. According to the instruction manual that came with it, they said "Lo" which indicates low batteries. Okay I figured cheap batteries might be to blame. On the way home I stopped at Walgreens and bought Energizer batteries. Tried the same problems. Decided to try again. Bought Duracell batteries. Tries. Same result, "Lo". Packed that bad boy back and sent him back to where he came from Never EatSmart Again. This product is absolute junk!
