I'll write an updated review. I used and still use a casserole dish and it suits my needs; However, there was a coupon with the dish saying I could get a free spatula with my order. Of course I was excited to receive my free spatula as promised and sent the Facebook messenger as instructed and was prompted to email the company which I did. I received an email from Linda Miller at Sweese to follow the instructions to receive a free spatula. I did everything I was asked and emailed Linda Miller multiple times but never received a spatula or response from Linda. This leads me to think that the company only wanted positive feedback and either ran out of spatulas or planned never to release one. I would appreciate an honest answer from Linda Miller if she still works there. If this dish is unlucky because you never get a response from customer service, I'll give this company 2 stars from the original 5 star rating.
