Good performance, device can get warm
This is a fast and powerful docking station with Thunderbolt 3. I've used it with a Windows 10 laptop and a 4K monitor. The performance of all I/O ports was satisfactory or better. It's easy to use and well made for the price. One potential issue I had was heat dissipation. The device gets too hot and plastic is not the best heat sink. If the dock is always on and heavily loaded, I doubt its longevity. Heat issues aside, I was happy with the dock's performance, number of ports, and simple design.
