This is a well made product although I didn't buy it to use as a tablecloth. I was looking for something lightweight that I could throw over my large blanket, that pets could lie on, and that was easy to wash. I like that it's a bit slippery and tightly woven because it's very easy to remove pet hair from it. Since my bedspread is too big and bulky to fit in the washing machine at home, I have to take it to a commercial laundry. Because I use this tablecloth as a bed sheet, I don't have to wash the cover as often, which saves money.
