I bought my first bottle a few years ago after my dentist told me I had early gum disease. I had several size 5-6 bags. I have severe anxiety issues when it comes to going to the dentist so I started using this product daily along with daily flossing hoping to see improvement at home. Fast forward to a few bottles later. I ended up going to another dentist. Not only did they say I had no signs of gum disease, but I only had a couple of size 4 pockets, the rest were smaller. Not sure if the other dentist got it wrong or if this product actually cured those bad spots but I think this is the last. I will continue to use this daily.
