This portable air compressor ticks all the boxes but doesn't necessarily excel in any one area. It is well packaged, quite compact but has enough storage space for hose and cord. There are smaller pumps, but not all have room for the hose and cord. The air hose and cord aren't the longest available either, but should be sufficient for most vehicles, with the possible exception of some full-size pickups, which may not have a 12V DC outlet mounted on the truck bed. The cord is just under 10 feet long, and the air hose is also quite short at around 16 inches. It's worth checking out if a total range of just over 11 feet will cover all your needs, or maybe investing in a 12V DC extension cord to make sure. The compressor is quiet, not the quietest I've come across, but certainly not loud or annoying. It constantly increases the pressure in already inflated tires, which is easy to see from the real-time pressure readings. Setting the desired pressure cutoff value is also quick and easy, and the results are accurate. The device gets a little warm with prolonged use, but the design makes it easy to handle even when hot. Overall, this portable air compressor is a great design compromise and a jack of all trades.
