Bought the 4" version. Firstly they didn't come with the stainless steel hooks mentioned in the description. the other looks more like an egg shape, I don't know how it passed quality control but surely someone did a horrible job trying to fix it. One of the cannonballs is not rounded on all sides but is beveled on one side. That's something I can definitely feel when working with the hooks. It looks looks like there was a problem with the molding process and instead of throwing the device away they tried to add some resin to fix it but it was sanded poorly leaving a bulge and a slanted side due to this poor fixation there there is a 24 gram difference between each cannonball. Also, they really need some extra texture to the finish, they are VERY slippery, without any kind of chalk on their hands they are almost at the height of the impossible, not because of their size. I'm not sure what material they are actually made of, maybe it's some kind of resin, I couldn't find that info on the listing, nor on the web, or about the max load capacity. Although they appear solid, they also feel like they could break if accidentally dropped on the floor. On the plus side, the color I got was a matte black rather than the glossy black shown in the picture (which is good as fingerprints are less visible).
