Prints lines on photo paper

Brand new, purchased November 2020. The printer thinks it's cute to print lines on photo paper. Two different computers, two different software versions - the same result: two horizontal lines in the middle of the photo. Glossy paper 5x7. How sad. What a disappointment. All you want is to work. Print out the picture. But that is impossible. pathetic.
