I did a modification and love it! For short girls!
I’m 4’11” 140 lbs. This dress was too long so I gathered up the one side and secured it with an elastic band and flattened out the ‘flower’ and added another band on top (see pic). It brought the hem up to a perfect length and took about 2 minutes to modify! I might buy more and do the same thing.
