Failed after about a week

Worked fine for about a week, although sometimes when my computer "woke up" a monitor connected to this hub would not show up. If I unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in, the monitor comes back on. But after a week, the hub began to fail completely, causing both monitors connected to it to flicker and lose signal.
