The video came out 13 months later. Support is not responding to my email.

Worked well until the warranty expired. Support is not responding to my email. The app does not allow you to use 2 devices without having to enter your username/password each time. So when your wife logs in and you log in the next day, enter the full username/password. There is no way to create 2 users. Recorded and working perfectly. Now I have a black screen from all cameras. You'll see the cameras menu, but that's it.
