The system still cannot connect to the network, tech support never responds to queries or emails, and the system comes without a hard drive. I am looking for a new DVR system

The manufacturer contacted me and provided an updated version of the product for testing. Fixed issues I encountered in the previous version. Contact and work with the company's support service has also been significantly improved.

My old Q-See DVR died and had a new hard drive in it. So I bought this and a new box and moved the drive. In addition, a disc with a capacity of more than 2 GB is required for longer recording times. Good price and answer for old CCTV system repair. I recommend this as a quick and cheap fix for older systems.

I've never been able to get all 16 channels to work at the same time. With the automatic preview mode, there is even less work than with the CTV setup. It pretends to have cameras but it only works at most 14. It also sometimes duplicates other cameras on the wrong channels. For example, camera 3 suddenly appears on channel 1. I would not recommend this dash cam.

DVR not working with all 16 cameras connected. The last 4 cameras flicker and jump randomly. I contacted the seller and he said it may not work with other cameras. If they said their device only works well with their cameras, I would buy a different product. This dash cam is a replacement for an old model that has worked well for many years.

Failed at 13 months. Ignore my original review. I wish I had spent more and bought something that would have lasted. I bought 2 cheap DVRs and now I'm buying a third one. Most of these "made-up brand" security DVRs are junk. I've tried two, both with the same result, FAIL! I'm beginning to think that nothing for sale here can be trusted.

Not a bad system, there were frame delays. I tried to figure it out by adjusting and lowering the frame rate but it didn't help much. Still a good deal for the money, break down and buy the recommended drive and you'll buy it later. Mines work fine with 16 cameras and do their job. If you have no experience or are not patient to find out for yourself. Spend $1,200 for a well-known brand with tech support.

Worked well until the warranty expired. Support is not responding to my email. The app does not allow you to use 2 devices without having to enter your username/password each time. So when your wife logs in and you log in the next day, enter the full username/password. There is no way to create 2 users. Recorded and working perfectly. Now I have a black screen from all cameras. You'll see the cameras menu, but that's it.
