Factory replacement headlight. Comes with a halogen bulb, but you must include a marker/turn signal bulb and bracket. I used this to eliminate a collision after getting hit by a deer. After fixing the damage to the wing, this lantern slotted in. Check headlight adjustment play. I had to drill a hole in the van headlamp housing to clean the adjuster as this headlamp housing uses a newer design adjuster than that found on the original van headlamp housing. After drilling, a small regulator is inserted and in this way actually simplifies the adjustment. The clear lens makes the other light look terrible and needs to be replaced due to age and discoloration. I would buy a few and replace them at the same time to keep the van looking nice and it really improved the lighting at night.
