Mine seems to have died at 13 months, 1 month after the warranty expired. They no longer take a charge, I tried a different cable and power adapter. I posted a question on the JLab FB page asking if there is anything I can do without posting it anywhere. I rarely use them. They connect to my Android phone with no problems and work well. Here are some of the cons: 1) To make calls, you only need to put on one earbud and dangle the other in front of you, or like me, hang the other earbud into your shirt. Otherwise people won't hear you. 2) A year later I still couldn't find a suitable plug to seal my ear canal, I may be in an odd percentage of the population with a weird ear canal but useless if a noisy environment like a gym with background music or a fairly busy one walk down street. On the plus side they work really well with those with "normal" ears, not great bass but then those tiny speakers. They also sit very well in the ears when running.
