Bought this because I saw Youtube. I attached it to the rod through the screw holes. You can then use it on many home or portable car or motorcycle tire changers such as Harbor Freight. It works exactly as it is designed for a true motorized tire changer, but you simply rotate the device around the rim using the pole and center pole of the home tire changer. This device is also sometimes referred to as a "platypus". It works better than most similar devices.
