Review on Kensun HID Kit Computer Warning Cancellers - 1 Pair Of Anti Flickers by Richard Ahmar

Bad Product, Even Worse Seller

Based on some of the better reviews I saw, I purchased these warning cancellers for my 2014 Ford Fusion Energi with new HID lights and a canbus system to fix a very noticeable flickering in the driver-side headlight and a slight flicker in my passenger-side. I connected one to each side and while the problem went away on the passenger side, it only lessened on the driver side. I then connected both together on the driver's side and the issue disappeared. Perfect! .except that my passenger side still had an intermittent flicker.I contacted the seller (Kensun) to get their help and was immediately stonewalled with excuses and reasons why it had to be something else. I politely implied that it could potentially be the size of the capacitor since one didn't work but two did. The conversation was going nowhere so I asked about what size the capacitor was in them and if there was a product they could substitute. They were unable to tell me on the first part and on the second, just sent me a link to a more expensive set. So how am I to know if this would fix my problem? What if these are only slightly better and the problem still exists? Then I've wasted more time and money.Read the other recent reviews and you'll see others are having similar issues. It could be a bad batch or maybe it's just an inferior product. Either way, I'd suggest going with product with better reputation and a seller who stands behind their product.
