One of my favorite kitchen gadgets
One of my favorite kitchen gadgets. I use it to grate garlic and ginger and then grate citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit). Zester makes very long pieces so I have to cut them afterwards or pick up some skills. Rinse immediately and it is easy to clean. I've had it for 3 years with almost weekly use and it's still pretty sharp.
