I mounted it on the patio railing with an Arlo camera about 3 months ago. He was almost unattended as my deck is not in use. When I checked it tonight to charge the battery, I saw that most of the metal part had come loose from the white flexible part. I pulled the camera a bit and the metal screw fell out. To be fair, the camera was in a windy area and maybe the constant movement of the camera was starting to separate it? The other one I have is installed in an area protected from the wind and works as advertised and if the first one hadn't let me down I would give it a 5 star rating. I've passed the return point so I'll have to find another method when I reinstall the camera. If I hadn't noticed, the camera could have fallen about 12 feet into the concrete patio and I would have had to replace the Arlo Pro 3 camera.
