Review on Matfer Bourgeat 11-7/8" Tan Exoglass Spoon by Justin Hines

I really like this spoon. In lots of ways it's superior to both wooden and silicone spoons. I've been hunting for a good stirring utensil for my non-stick pots and pans and I think I may have found it with this exoglass spoon. The silicone spoons while okay for stirring are terrible for dishing out as they are far too slippery. The wooden spoons I have work well, but aren't dishwasher safe. The exoglass spoon solves both these problems. It has a nice long handle and a deeper bowl than most spoons. So far I'm really liking it and am finding it to be my new go to spoon.
