Fairly easy installation and instructions right down to connecting to a power source. This part is yours. Here he loses a star. I connected the always-on fuse box in the fuse box. It connects directly. Moved the controller (lost another star) because it shouldn't be in the engine section. I cut and spliced the wiring so it sits in the jeep's front pillar area, protected from the elements, dirt and heat. I like this version, not the one that uses the radio display. It's more convenient and I'm used to looking through the rear-view mirror. Since using Trasharoo I have modified the camera mount with a magnet and now I can move the camera easily. The quality of the camera lens is good both during the day and at night. Works well even in the rain. Another thing to get used to is not seeing anything on the back of the jeep or glancing at yourself in the mirror lol. Overall I like the mirror and would buy it again.
