This seller tried to bribe me twice to remove this rating or change it to 5 stars. I don't work like that. I reported her. First Review: The tool works as it should, but I suspect this seller ships returned items as new. I ordered it and it came packaged in a padded envelope. Not included: two of the three cables, user manual. Included in delivery: two (discharged) universal batteries already installed. No two wires and no DIY instructions. The device was unusable for me. I immediately issued a refund and decided to send a replacement. The replacement came in a box. All components are individually packed at the factory. Comes with all cables and instructions. Not included: Two (discharged) pre-installed batteries. The replacement works perfectly. It's not designed for professionals, but looks like it will work for casual users like me. Much luck!
