Bought for botanical infusions and leaf teas. I love cold brew tea. Leaf tea isn't as convenient as tea bags, but I know the quality of my tea is higher. That works great. Very satisfied! Update: I really wanted cold brew coffee so I've been using it for cold brew for a few weeks, here's what I make. Rinse under running water for 30 seconds. This washes away most of the fine particles and allows the coffee to open. Then put it in a jar, fill it with filtered water and let it steep for 12-24 hours. When it's done, I run it through an aeropress to filter it out. The push action helps get that last bit of coffee that never wants to drip. This results in really pure coffee. I'm a coffee drinker so I have a lot of equipment but if you don't filter it through paper or cloth you will end up with sediment. Still happy!
