good for the track in my rating
good for track, maybe not good for cross country. there are fewer cleats on the bottom than other cleats and they don't stick as much to the heel of the shoe.
Pros
- Turns out a little smaller than I like. But still good shoes.
Cons
- May not provide adequate traction on certain surfaces.
