I love that it allows me to keep track with my charges' progress throughout their stay at our centre as well as having multiple other benefits such as being able to access them via video conferencing which saves travel time for both parties involved! The app also helps us manage all staff members within one system so we only have 1 log-in and password needed instead of multiple ones per employee/family member etc - this makes life easier when you know how many people are using your service each week or month depending what type of facility you run (daycare / group home). It can be very difficult sometimes trying find ways around glitches but they're working towards improving these problems too which means less issues overall. We've found ourselves needing some help from support team occasionally because there aren't always enough employees available during peak times however; once again everything has been fixed shortly after reporting an issue back then onwards.
