I like how easy it is for me as an admin user, but even easier when using my phone or mobile device! The app doesn't always sync properly with our database so there are some times where we have to manually enter data into EFPack (using excel). That being said though this can be easily resolved if they just implemented auto update of all fields in their software/database from other sources such as Google Docs etc... It's a great tool overall especially since it has many features built right in which makes things quicker than having to go through multiple steps by doing everything via Excel.
