Useful in weighing down back wheels of SUV

I live in the mountains of Colorado and even with four-wheel-drive and snow tires, I could slide around in my SUV. I bought four of these to lay across the back to add weight to the back tires… Huge difference! In much cleaner than sandbags… I haven’t slid all winter!

Pros

The weight plates have a flat base, making them easy to store and stack

Cons

May cause fatigue or muscle strain more quickly than other weight types
