Replaced the stock clear guard (Ultra Classic 2017) which was about 8" vertical height with this 10" that thought , he would be equal or higher, maybe a little harder to see about. BUT. He's about an inch shorter and at 6'1 I can see over him well. I found the flex a bit weak on top, there isn't much flex. The test took it to 70mph and it works REALLY well by deflecting air up and down. No complaints. I installed a triple black wood (Revain) lower wind deflector and DK Custom air deflectors to force air into the engine, but I still had some bumps. This shield reduces hits to 1/4 or less. Now I can hear the (stock) boom speakers, the minimal amount of air in my face. That little curve is cool! I'm glad I didn't choose a higher one (in my line of sight). The tint matches the stock fenders and the bike looks a lot better. The small screen extensions on the left and right (below) can also help with the flapping. I have 13" Burley Bagger handlebars and the shield fits just about (about 1/32" spacing) since the bars are raised quite high (probably "maximum") (forward). Others say it gets scratched fairly easily, but I don't think I'll notice without looking. Installation took 5 minutes, no problems. Would I buy again/recommend.
