great replacement! I used it to build a 970 g1 but the 970 uses 3 pin connectors (not PWM, they are PWM fans) so I had to remove the wires from the old connector and use the ground wire, 12v and sensor wire from this kit with the old connector. but it worked great. Pro tip: 4-wire and 3-wire connections are opposites. The left pin (if you look at the socket on the board with the notch down) is ground to pin 3, then 12V, then Sens. On pin 4, the right pin is ground, then 12V, Sens and PWM on the left side.
