Didn't like it, but it's not the worst. It usually takes me 45 minutes to straighten my hair with Babyliss but it stopped working after 4 years and now I need something cheaper. It took me exactly 2 hours to straighten my hair but it still wasn't as straight as I would have liked. I have thick 3b/3c, shoulder length hair and it's almost impossible to straighten, so you might get better results if you have 2-3a fine hair. I also advise against buying it if you intend to use it for curling, it gets too hot on the outside. The hairs did not stick, the product did not collect on the plates. In general, I don't recommend it for very curly hair, but it works if your hair is wavy or slightly curly.
