HerStyler Colorful Seasons Ceramic Hair Straightener: Dual Voltage, 1.25 Inch Blue Styler Review

I bought Blue Herstyler Colorful Seasons Ceramic Flat Iron, Dual Voltage, 1.25 inch on 10/19/2018 and it stopped working on 05/08/2019. I used the iron about 2-3 times a week. I would not recommend this iron as my Remington has lasted me over 3 years and is in the same price range.

Didn't like it, but it's not the worst. It usually takes me 45 minutes to straighten my hair with Babyliss but it stopped working after 4 years and now I need something cheaper. It took me exactly 2 hours to straighten my hair but it still wasn't as straight as I would have liked. I have thick 3b/3c, shoulder length hair and it's almost impossible to straighten, so you might get better results if you have 2-3a fine hair. I have an old model of this straightener and I really liked it. I hate this. 1) doesn't get that hot 2) cheaply made 3) has to warm up between each use because it shuts off. Apparently this is a "safety feature" for many newer rectifiers. The only thing it saves you from is getting your hair done in less than 2 hours.

I like this straightener since 2008, I bought three straighteners in total. The first was bought back in 2008 and had to be replaced in 2015, worn out from daily use by two women with thick, long hair. The third - for the inevitable failure of the second rectifier. The products are perfect for styling of all kinds and I have no problems or complaints whatsoever.

I bought this in 2015 and just realized I never reviewed it. Now imagine it still works great. I have 2 girls with very long hair and they use it a lot. I use it almost every day. It heats up pretty quickly and it only takes a few passes at most to straighten your hair. (depending on the thickness of the cut you are making) Great product.
