The passenger side was originally defective. Wouldn't click. The driver's side broke when the back door slammed shut several times. The replacement is broken too. Maybe it's me? Or maybe just a cheaply made piece that can be easily replaced with a $2 ratchet strap. Maybe I'll buy a black ratchet strap so the orange one doesn't stick out on my truck.
