Was good until his untimely death

This device was on its way to 5 stars when it suddenly broke down. I have to say that I really liked this headset. The sound around was great. I had to get used to the microphone arm, it's much more flexible than I'm used to. Unfortunately, the device quickly became buggy around the switch until after less than two months of use I lost the sound completely. I'm very careful with cables so I can assume it's a manufacturing defect. I don't see this as a common complaint so I probably just have a bad review. Still, I'll probably return to Plantronics.
