Review on 🍊 Silpat Baking Mat, Orange - Ultimate Medium-Sized Silicone Oven Mat by Curtis Domus

After only 15 months of infrequent use (about 1-2 times a week when the mat was used to roast vegetables) the silicone was falling off in small chips. the silicone has peeled off and you can see the actual holes in the baking mat. I have never baked above 230 degrees Celsius and never folded/bend the mat. Very disappointed. Maybe they sent me a fake product?
