It is easy to use with all our various platforms. I like how it is able to tie into other systems as well. Not much at this time but looking forward to future updates! We are using it for multiple things including incidents/incident reporting, communication during an event (e.g., when we're going into quarantine) and also tracking volunteers who provide food or supplies during events. I like that it can be used across different departments to communicate and collaborate on issues. I don't like that it would sometimes take a while to get a response from the team. We used to have a lot of issues with the platform and the team would get back to us within hours. We were able to mitigate most of these issues. I am able to communicate with different departments and keep everyone up to date on issues that are important across the organization.
