Very user-friendly system that allows for excellent communication during an event.

It is easy to use with all our various platforms. I like how it is able to tie into other systems as well. Not much at this time but looking forward to future updates! We are using it for multiple things including incidents/incident reporting, communication during an event (e.g., when we're going into quarantine) and also tracking volunteers who provide food or supplies during events. I like that it can be used across different departments to communicate and collaborate on issues. I don't like…

CrisisGo - Great tool and very user friendly

I like how easy it is to use for our team of emergency managers in all levels from municipal down to countywide/state wide emergencies (we have multiple counties). We are able to quickly get information out during an event with little training or setup time required by anyone involved! There could be more options available when you do not know what your next step will be after sending info but at this point we haven't run into any issues yet using crisis go so far!!   • The platform also allows us much faster deployment times than previous systems did due its ease.It helps keep everyone informed no matter where people may reside within their agencies
